Cylindrical Panorama : Plan de Barasson, Switzerland

This example shows the Stanford excavation of a Roman Mansione, likely from the first century C.E. The panorama shows the excavation site, note the blue tarps, as well as the modern road to the pass. An airvent to the modern tunnel can also be seen. To the right of the excavation site is the path to the top of the pass. Following the road down leads to Martingy, Switzerland.
