QuickTime Player : Download & Install instructions

To view a CHI Object Movie (or QuickTime movie) example you must first download and install the free QuickTime Player from Apple’s web site. After it has been installed on your computer you can download and view CHI examples.

Most current versions of web browers (Internet Explorer 5.1+, Safari 1.0+, etc) have QuickTime pre installed. If you are using an older web brower, consider upgrading QuickTime, as your playback experience will be optimized.

01)	Goto Apple's QuickTime download page: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
02)	Find the QuickTime Download area and proceed to download. The download area might typically look like the screen capture below. Follow the instructions and download the installer.
03)	After the download is complete, simply unzip the file into a directory and double click the icon run the executable.
04)	QuickTime should now automatically be available when called to play .mov files.
***Note	**Connection speeds of DSL or higher recommended.
